What you need:
Masks:
Serums:
- Biossance Squalane Oil or Vitamin C serum
- Prescription Retin-A or Shani Darden Retinol Reform (swear by this stuff)
Sunscreen:
- SuperGoop! Unseen Sunscreen (best SPF because it blends right into your skin and no one can tell you have anything actually on your face haha)
Directions for night time:
- First wash your face. I personally use coconut oil as a face wash. I rub it all over my DRY face first and then rinse with water.
- Next, follow up with micellar water on a cotton round to get off any other excess dirt/oil.
- Then, I use Witch Hazel to tone my skin (which helps prevent breakouts and redness).
- Now that your face is clean, apply Summer Friday’s Overtime mask all over your face. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then rinse completely.
- Now apply your Retinol and Vitamin C serums. Retinol first. (only apply Retinol at night)
- To finish, add a generous amount of Summer Fridays Jet Lag mask and sleep in it overnight.
- [Can use light mask after this – it’s on a timer so you hold the button down and it’ll turn on and when it’s done it’ll shut itself off]

- Add Jet Lag mask & Sunscreen. Jet Lag first.
- Finish off by rolling your products in using the ice roller. The ice roller will help your skin soak in the products & help with lymphatic drainage & depuff. Also good for hangovers! 🙂
