Sometimes life gets busy – trust me, I get it. But don’t let that stop you from getting in your daily workout. Even if it’s a 15 – 20 minute sweat sesh, it’ll make you feel that amazing sense of accomplishment. Here are 4 different exercises I’ve been doing that you can do too right in the comfort of your own home that’ll take no time at all!
Sliding Push Ups
In the plank position, place each hand on a paper towel or face towel. As you do your push up, slide on arm out straight in from of you. On your way back to plank position, bring the arm back in. As you do your next push up, switch arms. Repeat and do each arm 10x.
Sliding Running Man
In the plank position, place each foot on a paper towel or face towel. Bring one of your knees to your your chest and then switch knees. This should be a fast motion.
Towel Crawls
In the plank position, place each foot on a paper towel or face towel. Walk your hands 5 feet forward and then 5 feet back.
Wax On/Wax Off Push Ups: 10x each arm
In the plank position, place each hand on a paper towel or face towel. As you do your push up, make a small circle with one of your hands, then switch hands on your next push up. Repeat and do each arm 10x.
