If you know me or if you’ve been reading my blog for a while now, you’ll know that I am a smoothie girl. I rarely eat breakfast and am always on the go, so smoothies are my go-to meal in the morning. I love how easy and convenient they are to make and take so I thought I would share with you guys some of my all-time favorite smoothie recipes that are not only healthy, but super quick and easy to make!
Green Goddess
- 1 cup coconut water
- 31 g protein powder (I like this one)
- 8 g super greens powder (I use this one)
- 1 tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil
- 1 cup organic spinach
- 1 cup organic frozen mango
- 1 tsp unsweetened almond butter
Berry Yummy
- 1 cup coconut water

- 1 tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octaine Oil
- 1 cup organic kale
- 1 cup organic frozen berries
PB & Chocolate Awake
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 31 g protein powder (I like this one)
- 8 g super greens powder
- 1 tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octaine Oil
- 1/4 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- 1 tsp unsweetened almond butter
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder
All of these smoothies are great because they are low-cal, packed with protein and healthy fats, promote digestion & weight-loss, keep you feeling energized and full, and are super yummy. They are also vegan and dairy free!
