Drink a lot of water
Drinking water is so important. Not only does it keep you hydrated, but it flushes out any toxins that are hiding in your body! I like to bring my own refillable water bottle.
When traveling, I always bring a mini hand-sanitizer with me. I don’t always have time to find a restroom and wash my hands, so it’s quick and easy way to ward off germs. I also like to bring Emergen-c packets.
Bring your own snacks
If you read this post, you’ll know that I always bring my own healthy snacks with me. Loving these RX bars at the moment. This will also save you money so you aren’t paying for expensive airport food & snacks.
15-30 minute workout
It’s important to keep your body moving. Being on an airplane can cause you to stiffen up, so making time for a 15-30 minute workout is so important. I also like to get up and walk around the plane and stretch when I can.
I bring face masks with me whenever I travel. I have dry skin and traveling only makes it worse. These are my favorites.
It’s important to remember that you live in the moment and have fun. We only live once, so make the most out of it!
