On of the best ways to curb your sweet tooth is eating often and maintaining a quick metabolism. And by eating often, I don’t mean eating just anything; you want to be eating snacks that fuel your body and give it the essential nutrients it needs to not just get you through the day, but to power through it. Instant oatmeal is the perfect healthy breakfast or on-the-go snack. I love that you can bring it on the airplane and mix it with a cup of hot water.
Almond butter has been my thing lately, and these little packs make it so easy to avoid that junk-food craving. Plus they’re the perfect size and can fit in your purse or pocket.
Smooth move tea is great for getting rid of bloat and aiding with digestion. Plus, drinking hot water always makes me feel more full.
